This is a cross country course over grass park land, so depending on the weather, cross country shoes or studs might be useful. Both men and women start together, along the 9k (approx) course.
This will involve three times up the hill towards the Palace and several laps of the lower level of the park.
You will need to enter the park from the bottom of Muswell Hill. The entrance to the Park is at the junction of Muswell Hill, Priory Road and Park Road. There is plenty of parking once inside the park (do not take the road up to the Palace, but drive into the park though the big gates).
The Cricket club HQ is on the right hand side just down Park Road, this is about half a mile from the start there are toilet and shower facilities here and parking for approx 40 cars. There are no public toilets on the course.
Please make sure you wear your Trent Park vest, and if you were the one who kept your number from the first race please bring it along, otherwise numbers will be given out near the start, not at the HQ.
Unfortunately there will not be any refreshments available.
Muswell Hill/Ally Pally gets very busy please allow yourself plenty of time for travelling.
We had a number of new faces for the first match, so why not come along and represent your club on this challenging course.
