Take the A10 south until you reach the A406 (North Circular Rd)
After 5.3 miles exit onto the A1400/Southend Road.
Go through two roundabouts. At A123 (Gants Hill Station and junction with A12) take 1st exit onto A123/Cranbrook Rd, after 1.5 miles at Fulwell Cross take the 3rd exit onto Forest Road, go through 1 roundabout and the Cycle Centre will be at the end of the road.
